There was another milestone to celebrate for the new Althan Quarter: the laying of the foundation stone for the two residential projects SOPHIE and JOSEPH.

Both buildings are being built next to each other at Nordbergstrasse 9-13. With JOSEPH, we are planning 107 apartments, generous open and common areas, underground parking spaces and a roof terrace with a view over the rooftops of Vienna.

SOPHIE and JOSEPH are scheduled for completion in 2024. The client is 6B47 Real Estate GmbH.
