Start of construction Althan Quartier

In spring 2022, we celebrated the official construction start party for the new Althan Quarter. With the conversion project at and around the Franz Josef train station, a new urban quarter is being created that will create new connections and places to stay for Vienna’s ninth district.

Karl Schwanzer’s architecture, with its spirit of openness, provides us with an ideal basis for designing new forms of use.
